No, there is no center for MHCET in Jaipur. 

According to the official website, Maharashtra Common Entrance Test or MH-CET 2018, the exam will only be conducted in Maharashtra. It will be conducted across all the 36 districts in Maharashtra with around 5-6 centers in each district. As Jaipur is outside Maharashtra, you have to travel to Maharashtra to give the exam. You can select any of this centers according to your choice.
