If you are allotted a seat in this round then you have to do the process of document verification. Even if you are allotted the same college, you have to go for document verification otherwise you will not be able to get the admission there and your seat allocation will be canceled.

Yes you have to report to the centre after the 5th round but the documents verification process in this round will not be that complex when compared to the one after 2nd round.

This is to ensure that the right person is getting the seat and there is no malpractice going on.
