Hello.
It is not mentioned anywhere that only people with any specific branch are eligible for ICRB exam.
Eligibility criteria says that you must have cleared your BE/BTech /diploma course from any recognised university , your age must be around 21-30. , Final year student can also apply , there need to have 60 percent marks in graduation and there is relaxation also category wise
