It is said that Andhra Pradesh Government has reimbursed B. Tech fees for all the students for the academic session of 2019-20. An amount of Rs 1800 crore has been reimbursed. However, the fee reimbursement for 2020-21 academic year will be made under Amma Vodi scheme, say sources.

fee reimbursement is completely depends upon the institutio you enrolled in and there is not any central rule issued over it . however if you want fee reimbursement then try looking whether the college  is conducting any scholarship test or not . you can also apply for nsp or state level scholarships ( try nsp as i have myself got scholarship amount nearly to my college fee) which might help you to pay off your fees .
