Hope you are doing good ! Yes everywhere there is a facility of hostel and mess in all college of India . Except some tier 3-4 college,all the best college provide these facilities. In some college of India there is compulsion of mess and hostel . While in some college it depends on you whether you take the mess and hostel or you stay outing,it becomes choice of yours .
