Yes Bharath, most of the NITs have hostel facilities available on campus. But few NITs have presently temporary campus, I don't know regarding their hostel facility. But I am sure about old NITs. And yes there is a seperate fee you need to pay if you want a room in the hostel which may include mess charges.
