Yes, there are integrated courses in IITs which are either 5 years Btech + Mtech degree programme, or BS+MS programmes.

The admission is same as for the Btech, that is, JEE ADVANCED. Then after qualifying the exam and getting a good rank, you will get the course, branch accordingly. Moreover not all the colleges have this integrated programmes.

These courses are known by the names of DUAL DEGREE PROGRAMMES.
