Dear Thomas,  degree course is usually deaigned for 3-4 years based on the course and its objectives. Any course that runs for 6 monhs to 1 year are called Diploma cpurses and they are not equivalent to Degree courses. So to answer your question, there are no degree courses that run for 6 months and not certainly approved by either UPSE or PSC
