The answer key for NEET has been announced today and also the Allen careee institute has also published the answer key as well. Generally, there is no such difference in the answer key and the options with correction are also updated as per the official answer key released by NTA.

So I think there is no difference in both answer keys. Apart from this, you can also search for the official site for getting the answer key if you have any kind of doubt.
