No, there will be no exam centre for MHT CET 2019 in Uttar Pradesh. Candidates who wish to appear for the entrance examination will have to choose the exam centres from the state of Maharashtra. Apart from Maharashtra, exam will not be conducted elsewhere.

The exam center of MHT CET is not in UP,  MHT CET held in all districts of Maharashtra only. You can check the list of Exam centres with the given below link.
