yes there are scholar ship for OC  category engineering students.
it depends on the income of. family, if the annual salary range as below 1 lakh ,Sure you will get scholarship and the foremost thing is you should be getting a good marks and the marks should be above 80 percent in graduation.
every year student will gets scholarships based on the factors like :
1)Income
2) good percentage
3)caste /category.
since, you are an OC student, the Minimum thing to avail for scholarships is you should be getting 80 and above percent followed by a below 1 lakh income /2 lakhs below.
if you are really meeting those above mentioned requirements, sure  you will be eligible for getting scholarships  (Engineering).
also, if you are getting good seat in government colleges ,you will be getting fees reiumbersement too.
