NEET UG 2020 exam is scheduled to be conducted on May 3, 2020 and result will be declared on June 4, 2020. Counseling for admission is conducted after the declaration of NEET result.

NEET counselling is broadly of two types:

All India Counselling

It is conducted by DGHS for admission of candidates to the 15 % All India Quota seats in government colleges, seats in central universities and deemed universities.

State Counselling

State counselling is conducted by the respective state authorities for admission to the remaining 50 % seats in government colleges and seats in private colleges of the state.

Registration for the round 1 of All India Quota counselling will start tentatively from the third week of June 2020.
