You do not need class 10th or class 12th admit card neither for NEET UG counselling nor for admission purpose so you do not have to worry about it. You will NEET UG 2021 Admit card at the time of document verification along with the following documents

• NEET UG 2021 Score card

• Class 10 certificate and mark sheet (for date of birth)

• Class 12 certificate and mark sheet

• ID proof (Aadhar/PAN Card/Driving License/Passport)

• Eight passport size photographs

• Provisional Allotment Letter

• Caste Certificate (if applicable)

  Recommended

• PwD Certificate (if applicable)

No, you do not require the admit cards of classes 10 and 12. You only require Class 10 and 12 marksheets and admit card of NEET UG 2021. Other required documents are-

• NEET scorecard
• Provisional allotment letter
• Class 10 and 12 mark sheets
• 10-12 passport size photos
• Character certificate issued by school
• Transfer certificate issued by school
• Aadhar card for identity proof
• Caste certificate if required (sc/st/obc)
• A copy of parents PAN Card
• NEET 2021 admit card
