You do not need class 10th or class 12th admit card neither for NEET UG counselling nor for admission purpose so you do not have to worry about it. You will NEET UG 2021 Admit card at the time of document verification along with the following documents

• NEET UG 2021 Score card

• Class 10 certificate and mark sheet (for date of birth)

• Class 12 certificate and mark sheet

• ID proof (Aadhar/PAN Card/Driving License/Passport)

• Eight passport size photographs

• Provisional Allotment Letter

• Caste Certificate (if applicable)

  Recommended

• PwD Certificate (if applicable)

Neet is a medical entrance exam . You are required to submit aadhar card,valid neet scorecard, 10 th and 12 th marksheet for counselling. There is no need of admit card. The basic eligibility criteria is must passed 10+2 with physics, chemistry and biology as a compulsory subject.
