Yes there is negative marking

-1 for every wrong answer.

This is similar to jee main

There will be 4 marks alloted for every correct and 1 negative marking for incorrect one.

Amity Jee is similar to Jee exam where 4 marks will be awarded for correct answer and 1 mark will be deducted for wrong answer.

If you are talking about jee mains, yes there is a negative marking of 25% of the total marks alloted to the question. In UPSC exams this increases to 33% for all the multiple choice questions.
