Last year the central government promised to open 24 new medical College in the country out of which 8 would be opened in state of Uttar Pradesh .

But unfortunately not all of them will participate in 2019-20 counseling ,only 5 of them will be functional Hence this year there will be 700 more government MBBS seats in up.

New colleges are in following towns

• Ayodhya 
• Behrai
• Firozabad
• Sahanjhanpur
• Basti
