Yes SC candidates have reservations in government Colleges all over India but all colleges don't offer reservations for army personnel children. Also remember that you can avail either of two at a time.

The question asked by you is really good i must appreciate it!. Yes there is reservation for SC category during admissions. But as far as army children are concerned there are reservations in some specific states not all the states like maharasthra. In maharasthra there is reservation named DEFENCE for working as well as retired persons children.
