Hi aspirant, since you want to get fee waiver for SC category so let me tell you that there is no concession in any of the IIIT institutions for any category except girls. Also every IIIT holds their own waiver policy because the Central Government and the State Governments decide on the fee waiver for their IIIT's.

IIIT Kalyani also have it's fee waiver though not 100% fee waiver. Most IIITs offer upto 90% fee waiver for SC/ST Candidates and 100% Hostel fee waiver.
