Officially there is nothing mentioned about the dress code. But it also depends on course to course for which you want to apply. Please explain for which course you want to apply.

No, there is no such rule for the same as they have not mentioned about this on their website as well. But it would be better if you could ask this from the officials once again to get the confirmation.
