See for any exam, the officials ask for your correct contact details because using that contact details like phone number and email, they are going to contact you. They can contact you in case admit card is released, or if any discrepancy in the uploaded documents such as photo, or signature happens, or even when the result is announced. They will furnish the following information to your phone number or email id through SMS or email. So in case, you have given the wrong email id you can't change it now as the correction window has already been closed on the 6th of June, 2022. But no need to worry about that if you have given the correct mobile number. They also send SMS to mobile numbers.
