In the process of CLAT 2018 Counselling, there are only 3 rounds. There will be no more allotment lists after this. If you have not been allotted any college in the 3rd allotment, then this is final.

But the NLUs which witness vacancies will themselves fill up the vacant seats. For that you need to stay updated regarding such notifications on individual NLU's official websites. Considering your rank your chances through vacancies are also less.
