As of now only first phase AP EAPCET 2021 (M.P.C Stream) counselling schedule is released. If the counselling is conducted in more than one phase it will be notified on the official website: https://eapcet-sche.aptonline.in/EAPCET/

Until then you have to wait but we would suggest you to register for first phase counselling as there is no official information if there will be second phase and third phase counselling. The last date to register and upload the documents is October 30, 2021 and the last date for online verification of uploaded Certificates at notified Help Line centers is October 31, 2021. Keep an eye on updates so that you will not miss important information.
