NCTE ( national council for teachers education ) and AICTE (all india council for teachers education)are two education regulatory bodies. Where AICTE is the regulatory body for management and technical institutes and NCTE is the regulatory body for education courses. I can see that you have not mentioned the name of college you want to ask about. But know if it is an education course , then it  is approved by NCTE otherwise it is approved by AICTE
