Which college are you talking about? Do you want to know about good colleges in general? You should tell us which is the course you want to take up and what is your field of interest. Which stream were you in, Science, Commerce or Arts?

Veer bahadur singh university for btech branch electronics and communication bt i want to change my branch i got this from upsee counselling

It is not a really good college and if you are not getting your preferred branch, then it's not worth your time and money. You can go and talk in the college office regarding this, and if they do change your branch, only then you should continue in the college.
