No there is no third phase for AP ECET counselling. There are only two phases. Directorate of Technical Education and APSCHE has released the the second round of AP ECET seat allotment results. The application form of AP ECET 2020 was available till September 5 with late fees while without late fees, form was available till June 15. The counselling for AP ECET has ended on 30th November 2020.
