THIS IS A RECOGNIZED BOARD. BUT SOME OF THE UNIVERSITIES DON'T ACCEPT STUDENTS FROM AN OPEN BOARD. SO BASICALLY IT DEPENDS UPON UNIVERSITY TO UNIVERSITY.
