Yeah definitely you can. Since there is not any eligibility criteria of percentage to write the JEE MAINS examination but yaah with this percentage you can't be able to take admission in any NIT or IIT apart from that you can take the admission in any private college.

Yes, you can apply for JEE Mains because there is no percentage to beat to give JEE Mains. But for admission in NITs/IIITs/GFTIs, you need to have secured minimum 75% marks in class XII or equivalent exam or be in the top 20 percentile in their class XII exam conducted by the respective board & For SC/ ST candidates, the eligibility criteria is to secure 65% marks in class XII or equivalent exam.
