No you do not have to pay fee during verification but you have to pay when you are alloted the college at the time of counselling. As per brochure says: "A candidate who wishes to appear for the counselling meant for admission in private medical colleges, then they are required to pay a sum of Rs. 2,00,00/-. In case the candidate wants to participate in the counselling for both government and private colleges, then the candidate is required to pay a sum of Rs. 2,00,000/. If the candidate fails to report to the college where the candidate has been allotted seat or withdraws from admission after the conclusion of UP MBBS 2019 admission procedure the security money submitted by the candidate will be given back."
