Sincerely, It is mentioned in the NEET as well as the answer key challenge curriculum that when even a single answer is challenged and if the challenge turns out to be true and accepted the marks are distributed to all the students who have attempted the question as the no answer contains 0 marks, thus no marks would be awarded to the candidates who have not attempted the question.

However, if a question is entirely wrong and challenged and then turns out to be true and accepted then all the candidates will be awarded the bonus marks.
