With reference to your query,  I would glad inform you that VITB would be a better option to persue btech in IT stream due to its organized infrastructure , quality of teaching by experienced faculties and very good coding culture due to the large number of technical fest . The average package goes around 3.5 lakhs and highest went upto 6 lakhs
