Very rare but some institutes offers highest package about 10-12 lpa

NO.
It's not at all true.
Electrical Engineers too get high salary packages in GOVERNMENT as well as PRIVATE SECTORS.
There is very good scope in this feild.

No it is wrong.

You can check the placement of NIT jamshedpur. There are too many students who got more than 10 lakhs of placement.
