I think both of these branches are good for Coder.

But the BEST is CSE because CSE simply means ONLY CODING.

both will be considered as same in corporate industries and both will have most of same subjects but as a coder, you can take IT.in cse also you'll have great scope to code but i suggest you to take it.

Both the branches are best only . It doesn't matter a lot that whether a coder should go in IT or CSE sector but anyways if you have both the option during the time of counselling then go with the option CSE that will be the faar better option.
