Hello aspirant , can you please tell the name of the examination you are talking about. Without knowing the exam , it is difficult to tell the reason. Well , generally registration closes after seats are filled. It might have happened that seats were full, so further registration won't be done. This is just one reason. Kindly mention the name of examination for details.
