Institute of technical education and research ( ITER) is the faculty of Engineering and Technology of Siksha 'O' Anusandhan. It is deemed to be university accredited by NAAC with grade A and approved by UGC. It was established in 2007. SOA Bhubaneswar is recognised by All India Council for Technical Education, Dental Council of India, National Board of Accreditation, ICAR, Govt. of India Medical CounciI of India, Bar Council of India, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Indian Nursing Council, Pharmacy CounciI of India, Odisha Nurses and Mid-wifery Council and Govt. of Odisha.
