If you get an incorrect date of birth in the ITI marksheet, you must contact the Directorate General of Training or the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT). There isn't any fixed "Portal Opening" time for this correction DOB. Here you need to submit a request for this correction of this DOB to the correct authority or institute.

To correct your date of birth on your ITI marksheet, the portal is open only for a short time after results are out. If the portal is closed you can submit a grievance on the NCVT MIS portal with proof of DOB like birth certificate or aadhar to request the correction and after submitting, you will get a grievance ID and the authorities will update your details.
