No, it won't get rejected if you have uploaded the image of signature in the prescribed specifications as given below, it takes some time to get approved by an admin but if it is correct then it will definitely get approved :-

-->> Passport size photograph (10-200 Kb in JPG format),

-->> Signature (4-30 Kb in JPG Format),

-->> Class 10th certificate and category certificate(50-300 Kb in PDF Format),

-->> Left-Hand Thumb impression (10-200 Kb in JPG format) and

-->> Postcard size photograph (4"*6")(10-200 Kb in JPG Format).
