Bihar Student Credit Card(BSCC) is a wonderful initiative of Shree Nitish Kumar government which provide educational loan to students who have passed their Higher secondary education from Bihar. It provides educational loan upto 4 laksh to the student who are graduating. The interest rate is simple and rate is 4% for boys and only 1% for girls.
