If you want to choose between the two than ITS is always a better option then IILM. And if you ask me about re-appearing in CAT exam then it's always the best option. If you have confidence in yourself then you should definitely prepare again for CAT exam score very high percentile and end up in a much better college. These 2 are only average college.

This MBA will dictate your whole career and this college tag will be with you forever so you need to make the decision thinking about the long run. When I was in my final year of graduation in 2015, I appeared in CAT exam and was getting IIM Kashipur which is just a new IIM. I took a bold decision to re-appear in CAT exam, worked hard and this time I got IIM Kozhikode in 2016, one of the best colleges in our country. I will be proud of my decision lifetime.
