There is no age limit for JEE Mains. To appear for JEE Mains 2020, you should be appearing either in January or April sessions of JEE Mains. For Candidates appearing for JEE 2020, Candidates should have passed their 12th either in 2018 or 2019. Going by that you are eligible for JEE Mains 2020. If the rules remain the same for JEE 2021, you should have completed your 12th either in 2020 or 2019. So with you passing your 12th in 2019, you are eligible for appearing Mains on both 2020 and 2021. As you have completed JEE mains exam in 2019 but haven't given any attempt to JEE mains and advanced. You are surely eligible for both JEE mains and advanced this year also. In JEE mains exam you have three attempts and whereas in JEE advanced two attempts are there. One is in passing year of intermediate next is for one year dropper and third attempt of only JEE mains in next to next year of passing..
