I assume by CDS you meant Combined Defense Services. If it is so, yes you can. You have fulfilled the minimum educational qualification. However, there is a separate age bracket for each of the group of services like IMA, Indian Naval Academy, Air Force Academy, Officers Training Academy. You need to cross check that too.
Also, if your relationship status is unmarried, you can go ahead and appear for the CDS exam.
