IISE is an educational board and any student with IISE certification who meet the eligibility criteria of NEET, can appear for the exam. NIOS candidates can definitely sit for entrance exams however you have to fullfill the criteria or other requirements. Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery is an undergraduate degree programme in homeopathy awarded upon graduation from medical school by universities in India. An aggregate score of 50% at 10+2 level.
