Yes,NIOS candidatesare eligible to apply forNEET. NIOS is an educational board and any student with NIOS certification who meet the eligibility criteria of NEET, can appear for the exam. NIOS candidates can definitely sit for entrance exams howover you have to fullfill the criteria or other requirements.
