Yes, you will be eligible for NEET UG if you take the additional exam of biology as a private candidate through the Jammu and Kashmir board.

Your 12th grade completion with PCM fulfills this requirement. Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English are required subjects. By taking biology as a private candidate, you will meet this criteria.
