The marks which you have mentioned of your boards exam is really very impressive but at the same the marks which you have scored in your JEE entrance exam is a decent score. Now as you are looking for admission in Sastra Deemed University is one of the famous Private Institute in India and due to its academic excellence it has a huge popularity among the students for securing admission over here. Now seeing at your marks i can only say that getting any of the core branch or top demanding branch would not be possible as this branches always has a higher cutoffs, but definitely you can try in some medium branches where you will be having a better chance of getting admission.
