I've obtained 7895 rank in AEEE ..any chances of getting cse in bengaluru campus nd also what does open nd state category mean?!

Probably you don't get CSE branch in any campus until you are from tamil nadu . If you are students from tamil nadu you will definitely get admissions in aeee campus and you will get your desired branch in coimbatore campus.The open category means the national wide students and state means the students of that state where the college is located.For the previous year cutoff refer the link given below.
