Dear applicant whenever you are applying for any college or pay partial fee or seat acceptance fee, always go through their refund policies. Though most often the colleges plan to refund the money, only a few amount is not refunded just as a processing charge. You need to apply for withdrawal of seat along with asking for refund of the money followed by sending your official bank details to get back the money.
