The cut off rank for the admission in the BHU for the B.con hons course is somewhere around 1100-1200 for the general category. So, with your  general rank of 5625, you are not likely to get admission in the university. The cut off probably remains almost constant every year for the BHU, so you can't expect such drastic change in the cut off. Hope this helps, thank you for asking question here at careers360.
