I've secured good marks in physics and chemistry and minimum marks in maths. So can I pursue ECE in B Tech??

Hello Aspirant,

Generally speaking the eligibility criteria for B.Tech in Electronics and communication is a minimum of 50% marks aggregate for your 10+2 level education with physics, chemistry and mathematics from a recognized board of education. So the individual subjects mark doesn't really matter. You just need pass mark for mathematics if your scores for physics and chemistry can make up for to come up to 50%. However if you are have a merit based entry or your JEE or other entrance examination rank is poor, having a good percentage in aggregate helps you get into good institutions.
