Yes, you can get a job after completion of Bachelor's Degree if you have passed intermediate from an open institute or board which is recognized. The candidates who pass Intermediate from an open schooling are eligible to pursue higher studies and employment. So you can definitely apply for recruitment after completion of Bachelor's Degree. In some cases candidates who have passed from open schooling will be ineligible so you need to check the eligibility criteria before applying. You can apply for other jobs where there is no such criteria.
