Since your application form has been verified, you are advised to contact the college directly. Get in touch with them directly, immediately, either through email or through a phone call and ask them what steps to take further to rectify the mistake committed. They should revert back to you within 24 hours (1 day), if you decide to shoot an email; if not, try getting in calling. Hope this helps. All the best!
