The total fees for 5 year BA.LLB in Jamia Millia university is Rs. 8000 /- per annum and for LL.M the amount is Rs. 6000 /- per annum.

No, Jamia Millia Islamia university does not offer 3year LLB.  This university only offers 5year integrated BA LLB course.
